Il focus ha permesso l\u2019incontro e il confronto di varie figure professionali<\/strong>\u00a0coinvolte nella gestione del paziente candidato a trapianto del rene<\/strong>. Nefrologi, Chirurghi esperti di emostasi e trombosi provenienti da vari centri italiani hanno discusso insieme complicanze trombotiche ed emorragiche del paziente sottoposto a trapianto renale a breve e a lungo termine, del rischio emorragico e trombotico nell\u2019immediato post-trapianto anche in relazione alla tecnica chirurgica utilizzata e alle tante variabili cliniche nella fase immediatamente post-trapianto. Il Focus ha dato l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di discutere il tipo di approccio seguito in Italia per questo particolare tipo di paziente riguardo ai farmaci antitrombotici (sia per la profilassi a breve e lungo termine sia per il trattamento.<\/p>\n Vista l\u2019inconsistenza delle linee guida attualmente disponibili, \u00e8 fondamentale che il profilo di rischio di ciascun paziente candidato al trapianto venga valutato attentamente, optando per un approccio multidisciplinare che vede coinvolte le diverse figure professionali.
